AROMA & TASTE: In terms of smell, the gin starts with citrus notes, spices such as cloves and pepper, subliminal fruit with floral hints. On the tongue with a mix of herbs, spices and sweetness, mildly accentuated by juniper and rose hips, some cinnamon.
